Internal Telecoms Analyst (ITA), a telecoms business that has been created to provide an end-to-end turnkey solution to companies that receive large volumes of inbound and outbound call volumes each day. By conducting an audit, which consists of revenue generation analysis, bill analysis, cost saving analysis, the ITA can then tailor a service utilising the information gained during the audit to create a service that offers a company, special rate and premium rate services, service desks, fax boxes, inbound call handling, disaster recovery services, cost center billing, outbound SMS text capability, unique DDI’s for entire organisation, outbound indirect access, “find me anywhere” services and a conference call platform.

The ITA is a small team of professionals who have worked together in excess of 13 years throughout the telecoms arean. The ITA is a group of 13 specialists, headed by Stephen Harries and Nick Davies.
