Physical Lines Audit
This is an audit of your head office and branch telephone lines, fax lines and modem lines, which are built into a database so that we can view the whole “estate.” From this information we can then work out which lines are being used and which are not, and by comparing this data with your telephone bills we can produce and accurate costs analysis of your HQ and branch spend and suggest which lines can be ceased to help make savings.
